01What does "no KYC" mean exactly?
We don't ask for ID, phone, or government documents. A username and a confirmed payment is all we need to provision an instance. Disposable email is welcome — we use it only for service notices.
02Which payment methods do you accept?
Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) or TRON (TRC-20), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL) and TRON (TRX), credited to your balance on-chain. Cash by registered mail is credited within 24 hours of pickup. No credit cards, PayPal, or anything that requires your identity.
03How does billing work?
You top up a balance in crypto, then each server is prepaid from that balance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — the longer the cycle, the bigger the discount, up to 50% on 12 months. No card on file, no invoices in your name.
04Can I get a custom dedicated build?
Yes. Send your spec sheet. If we can build it, you'll have a quote within 24 hours. If we can't, we'll say so plainly. PGP-encrypted email preferred for hardware quotes.
05Which jurisdiction should I pick?
Iceland and Switzerland for the strongest privacy law (no mandatory data retention in Iceland, outside the 14-Eyes alliance in Switzerland), Romania for the lowest prices inside the EU, Paris for the lowest latency to Western Europe. The hardware is identical in all four.
06What about logs and abuse reports?
We act on verified abuse against our network. We don't proactively monitor traffic, we don't keep flow logs, and we don't share customer data unless legally compelled by a court order from the host jurisdiction. A warrant canary is published monthly.
07Do you offer refunds?
No. Each cycle is a one-shot payment from your balance — once the server is deployed and the month is paid, that month is yours. Cancel any time from the panel; the cycle simply ends and nothing renews.
08How fast is provisioning, really?
